Do you have mobile service? - NorCal

Yes, Contact us and provide your address for a cost of mobile service fee. Mobile service starting from $50 per visit. Approximately wait time is 2-4 weeks prior to scheduled date. Mobile service up to 50miles from service location. Mobile service is not available in residential hill area, downtown San Francisco, downtown Oakland, downtown Berkeley, or argicultural locations.

Yes, Contact us and provide your address for a cost of mobile service fee. Mobile service starting from $50 per visit. Approximately wait time is 3-4 weeks prior to schedule dates. Mobile service are available in several destination locations: Valencia, Burbank, San Gabriel, Irvine, San Diego, Torrance, Culver City, and Granada Hills. Mobile service is not available on cities not mentioned in SoCal. Contact us, and we will arrange you to commute out to one of our destination locations to provide an outdoor installation.

What is my product’s warranty?

1 Year factory warranty on parts. Within the start date and the end date of the product in the vehicle, the service technician provides services on the specific product that was installed. For more information regarding to our product’s warranty. See our

Is there a fee for uninstallation service?

Yes, an uninstallation fee will apply per service. Any request for uninstallation fee will be charged. Contact us for a quote of your uninstallation.

Will I get my refund back after product and service completed to my car if it didn’t work out for my car?

No, after products are installed to the car, if car owner requested to remove the parts from the car due to whatever circumstances, the car owner keeps the product or recycle it. No refund will be issued back from parts and labor. Uninstallation service fee will apply. Client will be invoiced for uninstallation service fee minimum of $100 per installation service.

When I request to remove a product from my car, and install on an later date, do I have to pay for both service?

Yes, an uninstallation fee applied and installation fee applied. Each service will be paid separately.

Any agreement need to be signed during the date of my appointment?

Yes, each car owner appointed to the service need to read and acknowledge to our service policy and coverage, understanding our FAQs, and factory warranty before a technician performs a service for the car.

How long is each installation service?

Each service is between 1-2 hours depends on the type of product installation. We normally assign 2 hours in between each appointment incase of late arrival (client or mobile service delay “Traffic”) or installation difficulty. Every car is different, some cars require more adjustment than others.

What kind of Payments do you accept?

Credit card payment for online checkout

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Check, Credit Card payments for in-person/mobile service.

Note: Credit Card Payment subject to 2.6% processing fee (in-person/mobile).

Can I purchase the product for self-installation?

Yes! Installation video and/or manual guide will be available. Only specific products will be available to self-install. Tools are not included.

Are all products in this website available for self-installation?

No, only specific products available for self-installation, some products required high-skilled technician to provide the service and is not recommended for self-installation.

Where is my package shipping from?

Domestic Shipping: Packages are packed and shipped from the USA. Domestic shipping takes up to 5 business days.

International Shipping: Packages are packed shipped from our warehouse in China. International shipping takes up to 2 weeks.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free ship with no minimum purchase for worldwide.

What is the online return policy?

We accept returns. You can return, new, unused products within 7 days after your delivery date. We will fully examine it within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund you and charged a 20% restocking fee. If 7 days have passed your delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we allow to cancel order within 2 business days of purchase. Once the order has been shipped out after 2 Business Days, the order will no longer be able to cancel. Customer's responsibility to ship back the package for a refund, however, a $20 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

What is not covered under Factory Warranty?

Incorrect installation is not covered for parts replacement. Incorrect installation could trigger any parts to malfunction. All parts are new, inspected, and quality checked before shipment.

What is the exchange policy?

We do not exchange for the entire product, if a part of the product is damaged or need replacement, please provide images, or a short video clip. Then, we will provide parts replacement under within the time period of a 1 year factory warranty or request to make a payment for the replacement parts.
