Domestic Shipping

For all USA orders, we ship directly from the USA. We ship with UPS, USPS, and Fedex depend on the weight of the package. After 24 hours to process your order, we will ship at one of the carriers. Expected shipment delivery is 7 business days with tracking number.

International Shipping

For all international orders outside of USA, we ship directly from China. After 48 Hours to process you order, we will arrange an international shipment to your country. Expected shipment delivery is 2-4 weeks with tracking number.

All products are final sale, we check each product before shipment. We allow 24 hours to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order.

Parts Replacement

For any products under warranty period are allowed for parts replacement. Provide photos and short video clips for our team to investigate. Some parts will require to ship back to our address location in-order to receive for a replacement.
