we allow to cancel order within 2 business days of purchase. Once the order has been shipped out after 2 Business Days, the order will no longer be able to cancel. Customer's responsibility to ship back the package for a refund, however, a $20 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Make sure the products never been used or damaged.

4. Then, open your charging port and plug in to charge

5. If need outlet service at your garage, schedule with Yahasun
